Collectively known as America’s Seed Fund, the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) are grant programs to enable research and development of U.S. innovative technologies. These programs offer non-dilutive funding to small businesses to help drive them toward commercialization.
